Shipment
Service-parts will leave our warehouse within 48 hours after receipt of the order, provided the items are in stock. Packages are sent by special courier. If we are out of stock, you will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time.


Shipment costs: for packages below 10 kg. to Germany and Belgium are € 30,=, to the rest of the world € 50,=.

For larger orders which have to be packed on a pallet, the exact transport costs involved will be invoiced separately, depending on weight and volume. 

Payment
You can pay your order by credit card: Maestro or Visa.

If you are already a Winterwarm customer and a payment terms have been agreed, it possible to pay on account in the webshop. Discount and payment terms will be shown on the webshop after the first order. After delivery of the part(s) you will receive an invoice by e-mail for your accounting department.

For quicker and lower cost delivery please place your order with the Winterwarm-distributor in your country. 

Returns policy
If you have ordered the incorrect part for any reason, you may return this part by following the return procedure as described below. Provided that the part is undamaged and unused, you will receive a credit note; in case of a prepayment the complete amount including shipment costs will be reimbursed. 

Return procedure
1. Request a return number by e-mailing sales@winterwarm.nl

2. Fill out the reverse of the packing slip

3. Return the package including the filled out packing slip

4. After receipt, Winterwarm will check the article

5. If the part is judged to be in the original condition, you will receive a credit note for the total invoice amount.

Attention: a returned part will only be accepted if the package includes a return number and a completed delivery note.

Service and maintenance
Installation, repairs and maintenance may only be carried out by an experienced installer. If you have a Winterwarm heater please contact the company that installed the heater. If unknown, then contact the Winterwarm distributor in your country. The distributor can also provide spare parts and service to installers.

Warranty
Winterwarm provides 2 years warranty on parts. A warranty claim can only be done if a part is bought directly from Winterwarm and not if it is purchased through one of our dealers. If you want to claim under warranty, please return the defective part so that we can establish the cause of the defect and determine whether warranty applies.

On all deliveries of Winterwarm the Orgalime conditions are applicable. Please refer to the details above or request a hard copy of these conditions by emailing sales@winterwarm.nl
